Pirelli will bring the softest available tyre selection for the final Formula 1 race of 2018 at Yas Marina.
The hard tyre made a single appearance at Silverstone and the ‘back-up’ super-hard tyre was not nominated for any races. The company’s other new tyre for 2018, the hyper-soft, was nominated for six races.
The most frequently chosen tyre combination was the medium, soft and super-soft, which was chosen for six different races.

I’ve had one hell of a time explaining to the missus that supersoft actually means hard. ……………I’ve really tried but she’s still not getting it.
