  1. The most telling aspect for me about the events of Canada is that Sebastian Vettel made a mistake which led to the penalty. Not for the first time in recent years, Vettel’s mistakes end up costing him and Ferrari victory. Whether the penalty was justified or not, it does not disguise the fact that Sebastian cracked under pressure.
To be honest, I found Sebastien’s behavior after the race pretty embarrassing and rather childish for a multiple world champion driving for one of the most popular racing teams in the world. It reeked of failure, sour grapes, and petulance.
If a man cannot except his own failings, he will never learn from them, and will make the same mistakes. The bigger issue is how long will Ferrari tolerate this attitude? In my opinion, Ferrari must look towards attaining Max Verstappen’s services as soon as they can and should ditch Vettel. The brand in its current form is lifeless, stale, and uninteresting. Ferrari are quick to fire people from the pit wall, it’s about time they changed their prima dona driver and axed Vettel.
