Gasly might gain another point if he’s teammate gets a five-second penalty for the incident with Hulk.

He did, and Hulk got one too, while Kvyat loses his from this race, ending up 11th.

That steep angle on Albon’s points curve – a lot steeper than what Gasly manage; there might be a bit of a speed deficit still (and his crash) – though some of that I felt as the Dutch guys from Ziggosport were talking about him are just sour grapes that Albon again outscores Verstappen – he was there to take the points when Verstappen couldn’t, and with a stop 1 lap later would probably have stayed ahead of Sainz which might have given him a chance at Leclerc.

If Albon keeps his crashes prerace to minimum he is doing a brilliant job in that RBR and it seems like he can certainly take the place away from Gasly with Sainz as well overtaking Gasly in championship standings.
