  1. Saturday Quali session might get dropped from schedule in India due to overlapping football matches.

    1. You can always watch it online on Hotstar

      1. TV schedule is showing F1 qualifying slated to start at 1830 with it ending at 1930 but if the qualifying gets delayed due to red flags then it surely will be dropped halfway through in favour of football matches. So in the end online streaming remains the best option. Hopefully it won’t happen on Sunday for raceday.

So where is this page update? It originally had the £200 9 month deal which I bookmarked to cover the F1 season. Given it will barely be 4 months now, Why can’t they offer a significantly cheaper deal?

The day and week passes are more expensive than before at £9.99 and £14.99. I wish they would offer something to just cover the F1 season.

Why do you need to buy 11 channels? I respect others are interested in different sports, but some of the channels are are so pointless. Paying for a news channel? Each individual sports channel (if like the F1 one) will cover any major news stories themselves, and probably in more detail. And plenty of news channels on freeview will have a sports segment and will mention any headlines or big stories there too.
Sky sports mix? A mix of everything that you have just paid for. What is the harm in constantly flicking channels? Main event? How about just watching the biggest event on it’s own channel? At times I’ve seen the same program broadcast on 3 different channels at the same time. Boasting about having 11 channels is pointless. It is more like 7 – 8 if you are wanting very specific ones which I think is all it needs. But in my case, I only want F1. They just keep adding more pointless channels and bumping up the price and making it sound better than it is.

I’m so stuck with what to go for this year. Channel 4 may end up being the best option. I wish Sky would be a bit more generous given the circumstances at the moment. Nobody can go to see the races so FAR more will be watching from home.

    1. ‘Sky sports mix? A mix of everything that you have just paid for’ :D
That is a ‘freebie’. Mostly netball, women sports, documentaries and darts
I stayed subscribed at full price, even without any live sport for last 3 months. Didn’t even watch old F1. But now before F1 season I tried ‘I quit, nothing here for me…’ and got 3 months discounted

I remembered they once replaced sky sports F1 with the darts channel. I felt sorry if anyone had bought it expecting there to still be F1 related content between seasons.

        1. here in ROI, SKY sports package over cable does not include F1 channel. unless you get SKY cable. I learned the hard way, but I was current with the Netball Superleague for a month :)
NowTV is fine. F1,F2,F3 and Indycar are worth the full price for me in season.

    2. Now TV are doing 3 months at £25 per month for the sports month pass. Offer ends today so make or break time! Day passes are £10 just to watch one race and we have at least 8 races in the next 2 months so you’re getting all sessions and all other sports for a total of £75 with that deal. I signed up hesitantly, but it’s still the best and cheapest option for me personally.

Yea i noticed that later today and that seems the best thing to get. Though cancelling nowtv is the most painful process imaginable. The cancel button is very well hidden and they seem to try to get you distracted and end up buying something you are stuck with and can’t cancel until after your money is gone.
