There wasn’t much to choose between Mercedes and Red Bull over Friday’s practice sessions for the Portuguese Grand Prix at Algarve.

Are we going to see another thrilling encounter between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen this weekend? Will one of their team mates – or rivals from another team – make it three different winners in as many rounds?

It’s time for your to make your predictions for this weekend’s race.

We have a copy of F1 2020: Michael Schumacher edition and BoxBoxBox F1 calendar tea towels to be won every grand prix weekend this year. And at the end of the year our overall top scorer will win a truly stupendous prize: Over £3,000-worth of simracing kit including a Fanatec direct drive wheel.

The RaceFans F1 Predictions Championship is free to enter. You will need an RaceFans account to place so sign up here if you haven’t got one.

Enter your predictions for each race using the form below, and scroll down for more information on the prizes and the rules.

Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix winners

Two players took the top scores last week and so the pole position time tie-breaker had to be used to decided the winner.

Congratulations to @Sysfail, who came out on top and wins a copy of F1 2020: Michael Schumacher edition. Second place – and a pair of BoxBoxBox F1 calendar tea towels – was claimed by @TheGJudge.

It’s early days in the championship, but @Georgeod holds a one-point lead over @Oeuribe.
