Hi everyone. I know the 2017 season won’t start till 26 March in Australia.
Anyway, I was wondering what the provisional 2018 calendar could look like, and I heard Singapore won’t renew beyond 2017. Also, I heard that 2017 may likely be the last year of the Chinese Grand Prix.
So I’ve created one that has the Chinese Grand Prix and one without (for 2018 – both). Here they are:
With China:
1. Australia, 25/03/18
2. China, 08/04/18
3. Bahrain, 15/04/18
4. Russia, 29/04/18
5. Spain, 13/05/18
6. Monaco, 27/05/18
7. Canada, 10/06/18
8. Austria, 24/06/18
9. Britain, 08/07/18
10. Germany, 15/07/18
11. Hungary, 29/07/18
12. Belgium, 26/08/18
13. Italy, 02/09/18
14. Azerbaijan, 16/09/18
15. Malaysia, 30/09/18
16. Japan, 07/10/18
17. United States, 21/10/18
18. Mexico, 28/10/18
19. Brazil, 11/11/18
20. Abu Dhabi, 25/11/18Without China:
1. Australia, 01/04/18
2. Bahrain, 15/04/18
3. Russia, 29/04/18
4. Spain, 13/05/18
5. Monaco, 27/05/18
6. Canada, 10/06/18
7. Austria, 24/06/18
8. Britain, 08/07/18
9. Germany, 15/07/18
10. Hungary, 29/07/18
11. Belgium, 26/08/18
12. Italy, 02/09/18
13. Azerbaijan, 16/09/18
14. Malaysia, 30/09/18
15. Japan, 07/10/18
16. United States, 21/10/18
17. Mexico, 28/10/18
18. Brazil, 11/11/18
19. I know that Malaysia will not continue past 2018 but I haven’t heard of China and Singapore not renewing their races, I would like to know where you heard about these.

As for China, I saw that the contract will go up to the 2017 race – so on that one I don’t know if 2018 and beyond will be given a green light
Also, I forgot about the French GP possibly making a return in 2018 as well

Singapore is likely a bargaining position, as it’s a mighty effective race, and will be free of competition in the region once Malaysia leaves. That one is about getting more government money to replace the private investment.
France has been put together to rejoin as a replacement for Germany. Now, if you want a rumour, I’ve heard that Russia will quit after 2017 to focus on hosting the FIFA World Cup (2018), with Azerbaijan following suit after 2018 due to the cost of hosting the race.
This frees up space for a second race in the USA. The word there is that Tavo Hellmund is working on a race in Palm Springs, as well as buying a stake in Manor. He’s single-handedly boosting F1 in the Americas..
