Which drivers beat their team mates: It’s a subject which comes up often on the site.
Comparing drivers in F2 or GP3 is easy because they all have the same chassis and engine. But in F1 that’s only ever true for pairs of team mates, which is why so much importance is added to qualifying score lines and points tallies between them.
So what are the most important details when comparing two drivers in the same teams? We’ll be covering the full field next week, continuing on from our look at the drivers at mid-season:
