Williams continued their domination of early-nineties F1 with the FW15C.

This developed the technologies introduced on the FW14B even further, adding anti-lock braking and fully automatic transmission.

Many of these driver aids were banned by the sport’s governing body at the end of 1993. The team won the constructors championship again while Alain Prost easily clinched the drivers’ title.

Damon Hill scored his first F1 win with the car at the Hungaroring after being let down by technical problems while leading in Britain and Germany. He won again at Spa-Francorchamps and Monza, the FW15C matching its predecessor by winning ten of the year’s 16 races.
